Don’t be, we adhere to our word on what we quoted you, so you know how much your dream home will cost you without the fear of any nasty surprises ruining the process. Any variations you want throughout the build will be priced and sent to you for your approval before any work begins. We used fixed price contracts, so there are no surprises in the pricing
